Glowell ships worldwide! Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking details to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to us at info@myglowell.com with your order number.
Delivery Fees
- United Arab Emirates: Free delivery on orders over 200 AED.
Delivery Time
- United Arab Emirates: Orders placed by 5 PM (UAE time) will be delivered the next day (dispatched from our Dubai warehouse).
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the purchase date. We do not offer refunds, but you may return your product for an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges beyond this 7-day period.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is defective.
- The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The item is unused and undamaged.
All returned items will be inspected to ensure these conditions are met. If an item does not satisfy the criteria, we reserve the right to decline the exchange request.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or similar proof of purchase is required to complete an exchange. We cannot process exchanges without this documentation.
Sale and Clearance Items
Exchanges are only available for regular-priced items; sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping for Exchanges
Please contact us for instructions on how to return your item for an exchange.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging an item, and we do not refund these shipping costs.
Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. If an item is damaged or shows signs of use beyond basic inspection, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
