Subscription Policy for Glowell's Subscribe & Save Program
Welcome to Glowell’s Subscribe & Save 10% program! By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience.
How the Subscription Works
- Subscribers will automatically save 10% on all recurring subscription orders.
- When you subscribe, your selected products will be automatically delivered at the frequency you choose (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, etc.).
- The discounted price is applied to all scheduled deliveries for as long as the subscription is active.
Billing & Payments
- Your preferred payment method will be automatically charged for each recurring order on the scheduled billing date.
- All subscription orders must be paid in advance, and billing dates are based on the subscription start date and frequency.
- If payment fails, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription orders follow the same Shipping & Delivery terms as standard orders.
- You will receive an email notification when your subscription order is dispatched, including tracking details.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be charged on each subscription order unless otherwise stated.
Managing Your Subscription
- You can modify your subscription at any time by logging into your Glowell account. This includes:
- Changing the delivery frequency.
- Updating payment or shipping details.
- Adding or removing items from your subscription.
- Any changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the current cycle.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription anytime without any cancellation fees.
- To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
- If a cancellation is made after an order is processed, the order will still be shipped, and the cancellation will apply to future deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
- The 10% subscription discount cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts.
- The discount is applied to the product price only and does not cover shipping fees, taxes, or other additional charges.
